4.- Cancellation or Refund policy

For the Day Tours: We will always understand if something uncontrolled occurs and you must cancel the tour. As you have not done any deposit in advance we will not ask you to pay anything. Obviously we expect to be told in advance if you decide to cancel the reservation for any reason you may have. In any case you want to change the date of your tour, just let us know and we will be happy to show you around!

The only way that we cancel a tour is that it might be dangerous for the clients to do it. Reasons for this might be extremely bad weather conditions or manifestations.

For the multi-day tours: We understand uncontrolled things happen and plans change and we will refund your deposit minus a 20% of what you have paid. In the case of a refund, the client will be responsible for the cost of the money transfers.
